最近几年还有比Gmail更棒的邮件服务吗？在我看来应该没有。以前初次见到zenbe.com的时候，我在想也许zenbe.com很快能够超越Gmail，独树一帜。
与Gmail一样，zenbe.com同样是一个基于Web的在线Email服务，同时具备许多创新之处。不过zenbe.com的发展似乎有点缓慢，看来创意确实独特且新颖，但想超越Gmail，还不够资格。
zenbe.com使用了大量的AJAX技术，因此在用户体验度方面还是非常不错的，它的特色之处在于，在提供基础的Email服务的同时，内部还集成许多其它应用及第三方服务，比如可当做在线版Outlook，收取其它邮箱中的邮件，及集成了日历、行事历、上传文件管理器功能，更特别的是它还提供了个性化主页功能及集成FaceBook。
最近收到zenbe.com的更糟糕的更新消息，免费个人邮箱将终结，转入全面收费，最后日期是2月28日。对于之前用zenbe做主邮箱的朋友，真的是杯具！幸好，优秀的Gmail还免费的活着。

As we previously announced, the free Zenbe Personal Mail service will be closed on February 28. If you haven’t done so already, you must move your email out of the service before the 28th. After the 28th it will no longer be available.

Email Forwarding Extended Until Jan 2011
Email forwarding allows you to have any email sent to your zenbe.com address forwarded to another address for a period of time after we close the service. This gives you extra time to notify people that your email address is changing.
If you haven’t setup email forwarding, please do so now. Login to your Zenbe account and then either click the service notice at the top of the page, or go to http://www.zenbe.com/forwarding.
In response to several requests from users, we will forward email to your new address until January, 2011.

Fixing POP Connection Errors
Some users told us that Gmail reports a connection error when they enter their Zenbe POP account credentials. If this happens to you, login to your Zenbe account, click “settings”, and change your password. Then go back to Gmail and enter your new password. This should fix the problem.
IMAP Issues Corrected
A few users were having issues getting their mail from our IMAP servers. We’ve fixed several issues that may have prevented you from retrieving some of your email. If you had trouble getting email from our IMAP server in the past, please try again.
Migration Guide Updates
If you haven’t read our guide to migrating your data out of Zenbe, please take a look at it. We’ve updated it to provide answers to several questions that came up subsequent to our initial announcement.
How to Cancel Your Account
Some users have written us to request we close your account. For security reasons, we provide a self-service form to close your account. Go to our close account form and enter your Zenbe user name and password. Your account will be deleted after 7 days.
